OBHC Vaccination compliance and services

October 18, 2021

An open letter to our friends and neighbors:

Like other health care organizations across Washington State, and with utmost concern for the health and safety of our clients, staff members, and the community, Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare (OBHC) is fully complying with the state’s emergency requirement that employees, contractors and volunteers who work in a health care setting be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as of October 18, 2021.

While we will continue providing our full range of behavioral health services, there may be a temporary reduction in our ability to do so in a timely fashion.  Services will remain available in-person and via telehealth (telephone and online), although some delays may be expected until we are again fully staffed.  For 24-7 Crisis response, call (800) 852-2923.

OBHC remains committed to providing individualized, holistic behavioral health services that are respectful, accessible, recovery-oriented, culturally responsive, and high quality, and we appreciate your patience and support.

If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact either our Chief Executive Officer, David McClay, or our Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Quinn Lontz, at (509) 826-6191.

Sincerely,

The Board and staff of Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare
